Online automatic backwashing filter. Once pressure drop reaches rated value, backwashing program is activated. Backwashing fluid is filtered media with satisfied backwash performance.
2. Characteristic, Application and Technical Parameter
2.1 Characteristic:
Single filter structure with low cost
It is consisted of muti-group unit. Each unit performs backwashing process in turn. The system maintains running continuously.
Filtered fluid is used as backwashing media. Simple process and structure
Filter element is “V” shape with better backwashing effect.
Automatic control system, easy operation.
Filter is composed of shell, filter element, controller, automatic drain valve, PD, drive motor, sucking disk, positioning switch, etc.
Handled fluid enters into filter and is distributed into each filter element. The clean fluid flows out from outlet. The impurities are blocked on filter element surface and form filter cake. The thicker the filter cake thickness is, the higher the pressure differential. When pressure differential or time reaches the setting value, drive motor start running. Sucking disc orientation shall toward to the filter element inlet correctly. Open drain valve. The filter element is flushed with filtered media from other group. The filter cake falls off from surface. After flush finish, close the drain valve. The sucking disc turns to the next filter element for backwashing till all filter element is backwashed completely.
